CD & DVD copying?

I'm running Vista. Does MS provide an ap for copying CD's & DVD's? I had one previously, but now it's gone. Thank you!

Download DVD decrypter to shred the protection, then load the files into DVD shrink and burn the folder to dvd with shrink or another app. My contact details are listed if you want very detailed steps.
