Can't upgrade to vista business - error 0x0

I'm currently running Vista Home Basic 32 w/ SP2 on a Dell Vostro 1510 notebook purchased last December - Intel Core 2 Duo, 3 GB RAM.

I would like to upgrade to Vista Business, and have a copy on CD. When I try the install, I get a "please wait" screen for about 90 sec. then see the error message "Windows Setup experienced an unexpected error. To install Windows, restart the installation. Error code: 0x0".

I've already tried unchecking "Enable DMA" on the IDE Channel for CD-ROM. Any further suggestions?

Just checking - did you purchase an upgrade version of Vista Business or full copy?

I'm fairly certain it's the new install version (it's a corporate license). Thanks for responding so quickly.

DMA was my first and best guess.
Do you have any errors in Device Manager?

I checked all of the devices in manager; everything seems in working order. The only devices without "This device is working properly" said "there is no driver installed for this device" - see list below.

I'm comfortable navigating a computer, but don't know much about how they work behind the scenes, so you'll probably have to explain things to me pretty simply.
