I am a novice!! Working on Windows Vista Home Premium 2007/Service Pack 2/32bit. Can no longer upgrade any program (i.e. adobe flash, itunes, windows etc..) The programs will look like they are upgrading then at the last few minutes it will say it can't complete the task. Missing %appdata% file. I looked throughout computer saw that it is in my documents folder. What location should it really be in and how do I fix it? Thanks!

Hi.. welcome to Vistax64 forum
The easiest way here is to either do a windows repair, this will replace the missing file or a system restore prior to date when the laptop was running fine....
