Can't startup, getting BSOD

I continue to get a BSOD before my laptop fully starts up. I have tried reinstalling vista, taking the ram out one at a time to see if one was the issue, and have also replaced the hard drive.

The physical dump message i get is
0x0000009C (0x00000002, 0x845D0120, 0xF2000000, 0x00010014)
Any help is much appreciated.

This error is a MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION BSOD.

What are your specs? The error really depends on what your hardware is. What is the Processor? That really determines this error.

the specs on this laptop:
acer aspire 5610-4648
intel centrino dual core T2350 (1.86Ghz), 2Gb ram PC2-5300, 533Mhz fsb, 2MB cache, 160GB HD at 7200rpm, 1.3MP built in camera, 5 in 1 media reader.

This is tough...

Try repairing your Vista install. Also, boot into BIOS and check to see if there is a second drive labeled "Recovery" or something.
If there is, then go ahead and try and boot into it.
