Can't log into my E-mail

For the past two days I can't get into my E-mail. I get a box come up every time asking me to log in with my username and password, but it won't accept whatever I type in.
Account: 'pop.orangehome.co.uk (1)', Server: 'pop.orangehome.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR [AUTH] Invalid login/password pair', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
Two weeks ago I updated my Free AVG to the 2011 version. Do you think this could have anything to do with the problem?
...I can think of no other reason why I'm suddenly getting this problem
I would appreciate any advice

Go to the website of your email and change the password
Then turn off your anti virus
and change the password in the email client (Windows Mail or whatever your are using). Then see if it works.

Check the setting in the email client, make sure that they have not changed.

If that does not work, try going back ,before you installed the Anti Virus, with a sytem restore and see how that goes.
