Cant Log in

Hello could anyone please try and help me a few days ago when put the computer on i had a message profile cant be loaded etc so went into safe mood was the same there could not get on my profile so after going back in few days in restore i can not log in now when i put in my password it just says logging out so tryed logging on in safe mood and that is fine can access my profile great in safe mood so tryed again signing on and keeps saying logging off anyone got any idea's im at a lost.

can you remove the password in safe mood ? if so maybe try removing it and try loging on then set another password.

Yes tryed removing the password in safe mood but still wont log on just get a message saying logging off :-(
