Can't install graphics driver.

I have a Samsung R720.

I just installed a fresh copy of Windows XP, and the problem is I can't install the Graphic Driver, well, I can, but it won't work.

When I click the ATI Catalyst Control Center it won't open, and I don't have the main 1600x900 resolution available.

Where are you getting the drivers from?
