Can't install Fax/Modem Update

Other updates I tried at same time installed but not "CXT - Network - PCI Soft Data Fax Modem with Smart CP".
It said Failed and generated an Error: Code 800700020. I followed the instructions for this code but it still did not install. What could cause this problem?

This update is only driver and nothing more.Just download driver from manufacturer site,when you install new version of driver,this update will never appear in Windows Update.
If you have any problems with finding driver you may try this tool Free Driver Update Software - Device Doctor

If still you can't find driver we need your system spec...

Downloaded Device Doctor but they did not have an Fax Modem driver. What specifications do I need to find the driver?

Probably your computer it's any HP laptop.For me will be enough to know what exactly laptop model do you have.

It's actually a desktop HP Pavilion a6150y.
