I went thru 5 pgs of threads cause I thought surely someone would have this problem, but no, so here I am posting a new thread, asking for help. Thanks in advance.
It's a two-in-one problem that I'm sure (ha!) is related.
First, when I forward emails with pics embedded in them, most people can't see the pics, only a red X in a little box. I worked diligently on that for some time but could never find a solution past my saving the pics and re-attaching them if they were worth the trouble.
Second, and most important: I've just started my own company and am trying to use my graphic logo image as my signature in outgoing emails. Found a great site (maybe this one?) with instructions as how to produce HTML code for the image, where to paste it, etc., to produce my logo as my signature. Fine. Did that. Shows up on my outgoing message but friends I've tested this with so far can't see it. Can anybody help?? Thanks!
Had recipient uncheck "Do not download or open" and had recipient uncheck " recieve as plain text" .. my outgoing sent to Richtext;
Window Vista OS, Windows Mail email client, Acer Aspire 5375 computer Verizon server... Any advice is greatly appreciated.
best, charlene
