can't copy/paste

All of a sudden I can't copy and paste . I have tried right click copy and then gone to Works or Incredimail new message then right click but "paste" is greyed out. I have also tried Ctrl/c and Ctrl/v and that doesn't work either.I am using Vista Home Premium 32. Any advice would be very much appreciated! Thanks.

Just close all your windows and perform a cold reboot.

I have tried that but it still doesn't work. I'm wondering if the update I did for Incredimail has got something to do with it. I'll try re-installing it and see what happens.

Humm,
In IE tools/options/security/custom level, is "drag and drop or copy and paste" enabled

Followed you instructions and copy/paste IS enabled, I have also updated and repaired Incredimail. Result? Sometimes I can copy/paste and sometimes I can't!! Never mind, I can usually find a way round it. Thank you for all your help.
