Can't connect to internet AT ALL

One day everything was working fine, the next I can't connect to internet, wired or wireless.

Apparently windows wireless service cannot start.

Network discovery is off and if I try to turn it on the window freezes.

I have a connection to a working wired network, but no information can go across it.

I have looked in device manager and at my adapters and one of them has the yellow explanation mark. It says there is a problem with the driver, but obviously I'm not connected to the net so I can't update. Plus I had this problem a few months ago, but that was in the UK and now I'm in China and I don't have a guy to fix my computer. The problem wasn't the driver then it was malware, but I don't know how to remove it. I'm running Vista 32 by the way.

Thanks for any help/ideas anyone can provide.

James,
Get a usb drive, use another computer and download the driver and then install in your computer
BTW, the yellow marker does mean problems.
Run a full anti virus scan, too.
