Hello,
I am having trouble sending email through my website using Vista Windows Mail on my laptop. I can receive mail fine, I just can't send anything. The outgoing mail just keeps piling up in my outbox. No error message pops up, no prompt for username/password.
However, I am able to send and receive mail fine using another email acoount through my ISP. It's the website mail that is the problem.
I have:
* Rechecked passwords
* Mail server settings
* Tried changing port from 25 to 26
* Tried deleting and re-adding the email account
* Tried using "my server requires authentication ( usually I always need to check this box, at least in Outlook Express in XP).
I have set up many email accounts for websites using this same server at 3essentials.com with no problems using Outlook Express.
Thank you in advance for your help.
