Cannot reinstall windows

Hi. First, thank you for taking the time to read my thread.
I've searched Google and visited the forum here many times and found solutions in the past.

Unfortunately, after trying to add a new Graphics card I became overwhelmed with a sudden barrage of system errors. Now I only want to reformat and reinstall my windows from scratch.

Now my problem is when I boot from OEM DVD, my system appears to load the system files fine but afterward there is no Menu options to reformat/Install/fix etc. I read that some people get a black screen at this point but I at least get the aurora background. Just no Menu.


System Specs:
Vista Home Premium 64bit
M2A-VM Motherboard
AMD Athlon x2 dual core 2.6Ghz +5200
4Gb DDR2 Corsair dual channel
500Gb SATA

Try booting Partition Wizard - free d/l of .iso from here.

Partition Wizard Bootable CD allows user to boot computer directly to manage partition.

See what it says about the partitions.
