Cannot play games

This morning (28 Feb) I was going to play a game on miniclip.com.
The game i was going to play was: Age Of Speed 2
When i clicked on the link which took me to the game, a message came up telling me:
Windows could not find the specified file: SWMenu
Reinstalling the program might help

It only came up once and then after that nothing happened, so i am sorry to say, i don't know the exact message.
This happens on every gaming website i go to.
I typed on google, "SWMenu download" and some programs did come up and i even saved the files, but then, i could not open the file. A message came up saying something like "Windows could not find a program associated with this file".
By the way, I do not have a laptop now, this is a desktop pc. But still, they are the same settings:
Windows Vista Home Premium (6.0, Build 6002)
DELL Inc.
Vostro 220 Series
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
2046MB RAM
DirectX Veersion: DirectX 11

This problem started, at 1:00 28 Feb Sunday.

I sometimes used to play games before this day and they used to work perfectly

Thanks.

Hi,

Go to this website: Adobe - Adobe Shockwave Player and download the latest version of the Shockwave player. Once you have installed this, tell us if the game works now.

Thank you very much niemiro. Now the game is working but unfortunately, the controls are working slow.
By that i dont mean that my computer is slow because my computer is working proper fast. By that i mean: if i press the right arrow button, the car does not go right straight away, but instead, the car goes right after a few minutes.

Okay, Kasim, which browser are you using? Use Firefox for the best experience. Sometimes that happens with IE etc. It could be your video card too.

Reinstall the drivers. It doesn't take much time, and then restart your computer. I had a problem with Fragger, another game on Miniclip. And it was working slowly. I just reinstalled the graphics card driver from my hard drive.

I have an HP, and the drivers are located is C:\SwSetup\Drivers.
