cannot log in

Hi'
I cannot log into my admistrator account...can somone please help me, tell me what to do or what is wrong...something, anything. I can log into other accounts such as guest. This is making me nuts.

Hi again, in complete detail... I turn on my laptop, screen comes up with users ID. Mine is the adm. when I click on it, it ask for my password, I enter password, then I get a message that the user profile cannot be loaded. I've tried everything I know to do and I've followed the advice of others, nothing has worked. Now...I hope this helps...if you need more info please ask, btw, I'm new on this formum, hello to all. and thanks in advance....
