Cannot find INSTALL.LOG

Hi!

I tried to uninstall The Weather Channel Toolbar on my computer through Control Panel. It says "cannot find INSTALL.LOG.

So, I re-installed, re-started, uninstalled, re-started and it is still there. Tried another uninstall through Control Panel and I keep getting the same error message.

Any other ways to do this?

Hi Barb,

Go to C:\Program Files and delete the Weather Channel folder, then run a registry cleaner such as CCleaner - Home This will remove any other remnants of this program. Go back to uninstall programs if the entry is still there run the uninstall again you will then get a message like the program has already been removed and it will ask you if you want to delete the entry. Select yes. Finished
