cannot create DXDBGrid control!

I installed a VOIP dialer. (WorldLink - the largest ISP in Nepal - WorldCall Card)
After installing when i try to run the program. A pop-up appears with message "Cannot create DXDBgrid control!"

I tried installing another VOIP dialer, same problem.

Can anyone please help me. I tried everything, please help me.
I am using Vista Home Premium
