can not copy and paste to my E mails

In my experience it depends to where you want to paste. I can paste text and pictures into another (outgoing) mail, but into a Word document, I can only paste the text. I have AOL mail.

I am trying to paste into an out going mail..what I don't get is that it was working about a week ago now not ???Thanks for answering
