Solved Can I transfter the System partition?

Greetings!

This is a weak point for me, messing around with disk drives. I want to reformat my 'D' drive which has nothing worth keeping on it. But when I try to Disk Manager tells me it's the system partition. Is there a way to transfer the system partition from D to C?

The windows installation is on the 'C' drive and is working perfectly. I just don't think the system partition belongs on a secondary drive. I may have screwed this up when I got the 1Tb drive last fall and re-installed windows on it. Windows used to be on that 500Gb (D) drive.

I solved my problem. In BIOS the boot priority was set like the D drive was when it had the OS on it. I just changed the boot priority and windows fixed the rest! This was my case!
