no. i had the iso. but i used winrar to extract. YES I CAN EXTRACT ISO FILES WITH WINRAR. when i do. there is a setup.exe file. if i wanna install a os without rebooting my pc. can i just double click on set up?

You can mount the ISO with something like daemontools and install from the mounted ISO
BTW any install will require a reboot.
