I have had a HP Dv7 1000 notebook running Vista home premium since the beginning of 2009. At some point during this year the software program for uploading from my sony camera, and scanning documents from my HP 5500 series printer, seems to have disappeared. I think it occured after a Windows update.
I am not very proficient with pcs - I can't recall which programme I was using I thought it was one that was pre-loaded by HP. I checked with HP but did not get a satisfactory answer.
Has anyone got any ideas, please?
