You have given me a half a dozen reports, all with different results. One, howver, gave driver SPTD as the cause. This is a well known cause of BSOD
Let try the easy way first
Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs
http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads
Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done:

Let me know the results either way.

Remove Daemon or Alchohol 120% or other Virtualization software with SPTD. Then if you get a new BSOD give me the file.

I have ignored all the other reports and will concentrate only on the ones that have SPTD removed.
The reports are not always definitive, but rather give clues. The clues in this report are clear. It is either memory or your graphics driver
Atikmdag should be updated. If it is the most up to date, roll back to prior version.

If you still do not work properly, take the memory test.

If overclocking restore normal settings

SFC /scannow
System Files - SFC Command

Scan with your Anti Virus

I
Download memtest86 and test RAM
www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
Run for 8 passes
If passes try a good stick in each slot for 3 passes
If fails do the same for 8 passes.

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs

Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done:

Upload the file to us and someone will take a look at it.
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log is a massive file of approximately 5MB and if you care to see it all, you must send CBS.log to one of your own folders or the desktop from where you can double click on it. It will then open with Notepad. Note: You cannot open it inside the CBS folder. You will get an Access denied message.
But most likely you are only interested in the part that shows the corrupted files that were fixed – or not fixed. For that you need a significant data reduction. You do that as follows:
Open another elevated Command Prompt and paste this command into it:

findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log

This will show all the files you want to see in the Command Prompt window.
Since that window is not very practical for a detailed study, you want to paste the content into a Notepad, Wordpad or Word file.
For that you right click on the Command Prompt window (any place is good) and click Select All. Then you right click anywhere in the window. Now this whole text is stored on the clipboard and you can paste it into a document file (e.g. Notepad) where you can analyze it.

You are very welcome. Everyone at the forum volunteers their time to help others. Its due to a combination of our passion for computers and helping others. After your CBS log is analyzed, the problems shown will be corrected or they will be too small to worry about, but I will probably be back.

Hello!

Since we are fixing an issue (for I am going to try to fix it), I need a few more reports. That parsed log is really only for initial analysis. It is not safe to perform a fix off just that parsed log. Three steps:

1) Where did you get that file from your friend's machine? Was it C:\Windows\SysWOW64\en-US? Please put your friend's file on your Desktop now. Put it straight on your Desktop, and not zipped up or anything like that. The next steps wil determine whether it will be compatible for your computer.

2:
OTLI.gif
OTL - Download or alternative link here and here

Download OTL to your Desktop
  • Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  • Under the Custom Scan box paste this in
/md5start
iassdo.dll.mui
/md5stop
  • Click the None button, followed by Scan button. The scan wont take long.
  • When the scan completes, it will open one notepad window. OTL.Txt. This is saved in the same location as OTL.
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of this file, and post it here.
3) Please navigate to, and copy to your Desktop C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

Now right click on the CBS.log on your Desktop > Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder, and upload that zip file as an attachment here.

Thanks!

Richard
