Please navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump. Zip up the contents of that folder and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

Also, please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

o2sdx64.sys is blamed in both dump files. It seems to be a component of your O2Micro Integrated MMC/SD Controller.

Locate the driver for this component at the manufacturer's website - and download the latest driver from there. If you're unable to locate them, please post back with the exact make and model of your system.
Uninstall the current drivers from your system,
Then install the freshly downloaded drivers.

Also, there's a whole bunch of outdated drivers on your system. Please update them at your earliest opportunity.

O WOW I didn't realize I had those many outdated drivers. I went to the O2Micro website and I couldn't find anywhere to download the driver.

How should I go about downloading o2sdx64.sys and also the other drivers you listed in the enclosed box?
