What sort of USB video device are you using?
Have you updated your...

Copy the memory dump files to your Desktop and zip them from there.

It's a built in web cam & the drivers are up to date. I got the dump files on the desktop but get the error still. Thanks Jerry

Does your laptop have a built in webcam or one plugged in? I would uninstall it and reinstall fresh drivers if you do.

It's a built in webcam . If I uninstall the drivers for it do I just restart the laptop & let it find the drivers or reinstall them myself ? Thank Jerry

Uninstall the device in Device Manager and then reboot to let it find the device when the system restarts.

This may cause the drivers to re-initialize properly and could solve your problem. If it doesn't, then there's more to try.

I'm concerned with the presence of an unloaded driver in the stack. That's a sure way to cause an error (trying to access a driver that's not loaded). So, I suspect that something else is causing the usbvideo driver to unload - and that's the actual culprit here. What is it? That'll take some more work to find out - so try the above advice and see if it helps.

If it worked, then that was probably the cause. If it didn't work, then you'll have to update the drivers. Wait and see if you get any more BSOD"s.

If you go through a day without them, that's a good sign. If you go a week without one, then it's probably fixed.

It's back here is dump file Thanks Jerry

Use this link to update the webcam drivers: Step5

All I can get here is the software for the webcam the driver page will not load so I went to Acers home page & got on the driver page there is no new drivers there so I uninstalled the acer webcam software & disabled the webcam & no BSOD for over a week. This started after I did a fresh install from the recovery partition. I would think with the same software & drivers this would not happen ?
Thanks Jerry

If the driver for the webcam was corrupted, it wouldn't make a difference if it was the latest version or not.

If the webcam is broken, then it wouldn't matter if the driver is corrupt or not.

If the webcam software is improperly calling the driver, it could cause the crash even if the webcam is functioning properly and the drivers were doing their job.

Just to add a bit more, the Windows installation could have a minor corruption, or your recovery partition could have a minor corruption.

Other drivers on the system can also cause this - but then you'd probably be experiencing problems with more than the webcam.

There's other ways to pursue the webcam driver issues if you'd like to try that. Please post back to let us know.

If it is so, please go to Device Management, right click on the webcam and select "Properties". Select the Details tab, then select Hardware ID in the dropdown box. Get us the 4 characters immediately after the VEN_ and the 4 characters immediately after the DEV_ (if it's a USB device, then it'll be VID_ and PID_)

I don't know. Back your stuff up, set a System Restore point, and give it a whirl. If it works for you, then you're golden! :)
