First, it seems as if your OneCare drivers are outdated:
Code:
fffffa60`03c0f000 fffffa60`03c1d000 msfwhlpr msfwhlpr.sys Wed Nov 28 03:25:08 2007 (474D25E4)
fffffa60`15caf000 fffffa60`15ccd000 msfwdrv msfwdrv.sys Wed Nov 28 03:25:12 2007 (474D25E8)
Please update them immediately

Next, the crashes seem to occur mostly in Internet aware applications, so we may suspect your networking drivers.

But, there's this in the second minidump:
Code:
OVERLAPPED_MODULE: Address regions for 'msfwdrv' and 'nvlddmkm.sys' overlap
Not a good thing, especially for drivers that are constantly used. I would guess that this is most likely the root cause of your issues.

3rd one shows this:
Code:
OVERLAPPED_MODULE: Address regions for 'srv' and 'nvlddmkm.sys' overlap
More reason to suspect video drivers

USB drivers and devices on a hunch :0)

In Summary:
Most likely due to (most likely is first) -
1 ) Video drivers
2 ) OneCare drivers
3 ) Network drivers
4 ) USB (chipset) drivers
5 ) USB device drivers

To fix:
- Download the most updated copies of the drivers from the manufacturer's website
- Uninstall the drivers using Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
- Install the freshly downloaded drivers.

Good luck!

As stated above, I think that the video drivers are them most important issue to fix - BUT, I do believe that OncCare contributes to this - and would recommend that you uninstall it ASAP. There are plenty of good, free antivirus solutions out there (I like Avira Free and Avast Free - just Google for them).

You can always try the ever so simple system restore points.
