BSOD while using Itunes

Hi Could someone take a look at this zip file? Getting BSOD often when using Itunes. Any help would be appreciated . Thanks

The fault is reported to be your Norton Symantec AV: - SYMEVENT.SYS

Look Here for how to update it!

The other thing to do is update Windows! You do not have any Service Packs installed?.........

In addition to what Lottiemansion has mentioned, run the built-in diagnostics provided by the manufacturer on the computer to check if the hardware is working fine as the Blue Screen is also caused by “memory_corruption”.
