BSOD when playing BF3

Hello, I'm posting here in one of my last attempts to solve issues my PC is experiencing.

The most important issue: After roughly one hour (may be longer, may be shorter depending on the gamemode somehow, probably load-related) my PC Blue-Screens.

A secondary issue: BF3 crashes after 15 minutes almost always when I am using my headset plugged into my PC + others on TS3 hear some background noise in the background. Current workaround however is to plug the headset into my laptop and I can live with it... for now.

So to the main issue, I have tried Google pretty much for last months but have not been able to fix the issue sadly.

The issue started to occur after my last major PC upgrade, where I changed powersupply and from a main 1TB harddisk I switched to a boot SSD of 120 GB and a new pair of 2x 1TB harddisks running in RAID 0.

I am at this moment suspecting that my Corsair Force 3 120GB SSD is causing the issues, I have read the forums, etc. about updating Firmware, however I am not too sure about it. If it was as easy as switching IDE mode to AHCI mode, I'd have done it, but appereantly I run in RAID mode at this moment and I am not even sure if I can switch it to a different mode per device. As ideally the SSD should run via AHCI, and the 2-disk RAID should obviously run via RAID, probably RAID/IDE.

However this may not even be the problem, so please ask me all the information you need and I will provide the neccessary information, I must warn you though that this may get a long fight and may become one of the longest threads out here I'm afraid.

This is really my last resort, so I will thank everyone willing to help me in advance.

Ok, it's here in the attachments.

One thing to note: I am only 100% sure that the latest crashdump is from the 'normal' BF3 crash, some of the dumps might have to do with the Headset plugged into PC-issue.

Ok I ran it and got additional crashreports.

I must note that most of them have to do with a driver error which happens after I log off from windows, probably it has somethign to do with the raid setup and it's driver.

However this is not an issue and the BSOD while playing BF3 still occured, and it was a 'normal' BSOD and not a Driver-BSOD as far as I could see.

I think it is hte one before last crashdump, but might also be the last one.

So it seems to be hardware related, I'm interested in the next steps. Please keep in mind that I have done several hardware checks in the past already and that I am really suspecting the SSD to be the problem.

I have also seen that there is an option on the Corsair Forum to do a firmware upgrade, only I am not sure how to do it.

As you are only allowed to do if the SSD is run in AHCI mode, would need help there to make sure it runs in AHCI mode.

That is indeed the driver that may be a causing a slight issue when I shut down my PC, however I do not have problems with it.

Even if I would fix this, then it would not fix the BSOD while playing BF3 as that driver does not give issues when playing BF3, it only gives 'issues' when closing down the pc.

The reports give hints not answers. One step at a time, fix the problem with that driver so it does not show up anymore.
