BSOD problems in x64 vista

Well, I decided to make my own computer about two weeks ago, and i've been getting three BSOD errors when i'm playing a game, it's completely stable when it's at desktop with browsers open and stuff like that.

The three errors,
NQRL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS
page fault in not paged area
secondary processor interval not recieved(something like that)

My computer

OS - Vista home premium 64 bit
Processor - AMD athlon(tm) 64 X2 dual core 6000+ 3.01 GHZ
RAM - 4 x 1 gig OCZ ddr2 800 (PC2 6400)
HDD - [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]HD 250G|WD 7K 8M SATA2
Mobo - ASUS M2N-E [/FONT][FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]NF570ULTRA AM2
Video - PNY geforce 8600 GTS 512 MB
Power supply - Apevia LCD fan 750 watt


My friend has the same RAM / OS / processor / Mobo / video
and he doesn't have one problem, we made our computers the same day.
I've reformated twice since then and still get these errors.

Now, when I installed my OS I didn't touch anything and then I plugged in one of my other harddrives from my old computer and booted up to transfer some files to my new harddrive on the computer I just built.
That old computer had vista 32 bit on it, i'm not sure if that would've done anything. I ran memtest86+ 4 times and had no errors at all, I also updated all my mobo/video/vista/ drivers for anything out of date, nothing changed still got those BSOD.

I thought it was my RAM so I even changed the RAM timings and voltage from 5-5-5-15-2T / 1.5V to 4-5-4-18-2T 1.95V and still got the BSOD, I updated BIOS and everything, still gives me one of those three BSOD errors.

I'm completely lost on what to do or how to fix it and why it's happening when my friend has no problems.

I had similar errors on a new system, and it was a bad memory stick. Memtest86 found the error. But, you said you tried that already...

If you have multiple memory sticks, try removing one as a test.

Try the beta forceware drivers from Welcome to NVIDIA - World Leader in Visual Computing Technologies. It fixed some pausing in a game in Direct3D for me, so they did improve something there.

In your bios, if you are using a sound card, disable the on-board sound in the bios.

Anyway, not expert opinions above... but something at least.

I will try those, I do not have a sound card, using onboard, and I have the beta forceware drivers for video installed currently, i'm just baffled, I will try to do two sticks at a time, and see if I can narrow it down.

Ok, I just tried two sticks at a time, each two I tested 4 times and had no errors on either, I still can't find the source of the problem, also the only time I get these BSOD errors, it happens when i'm playing a game, like Counterstrike, gunz , everquest II , world of warcraft.
