BSOD: Not able to boot up at all D:

I keep getting the Blue Screen of Death on my mother's computer.
She asked me to look at it, and I've tried various things to get it to boot up,
however each time it tries, it shows the blue screen (it says PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREAD). I can't run in safe mode to remove recent software, Nor can I start up System Repair.
Any help?

This computer did not come with an installation disk, or ANY disk.
My mother ordered it through her job (a MediCorp payment program) and all that came with the laptop was the power cord and battery. I can see if I can get the chkdisk to work, though.

Is there any way to use the .iso file on a flash drive for a USB port? My netbook, being a mini notebook, has no disk drive to burn onto a CD.

My Computer

I am sure there is a way, but it is way to complicated. I have had no luck myself, but I cannot tell you how. If you are intent, try Googling for "burn ISO to thumb drive".
