Hey dude. Here is what I found out. It seems to be about Win2K (2000) but I think it might apply to vista too. It says there is a hardware incompatiblity on your computer. Installed any new memory, hard drives, motherboard, video cards, or sound cards on your computer recently? Well check this out:

my graphics card is a Intel(R) 82945G Express chipset family

Take apart your physical computer? Its easy. Go buy a can of compressed air, and get it ready. Depending on your case, you should just be able to unscrew the side plate and pull it off. Then just hold your breath and spray around inside until the dust is cleaned out.

Fan blades are a different story tho, as well as many heatsinks. These need a physical brushing, use a soft bristled paint brush and move slowly thru the heatsink blades so as not to cause a static charge. Fan blades need a brushing and then the air blast will get rid of the dregs for you.

Alright. Your error is caused by a driver. Have you installed any new ones recently? Or done ANY updates?

Only update I have done since my complete reinstall 3 weeks ago is CA Suite 2009. Anti Virus and Firewall. And a Logitech mouse

Well I got rid of CA Security Suite 2009 and installed COMODO and everything seems to run smoother and allows access. I was having issues with CuteFTP and now it even works!
