Hello all!

This is Arun.. I have a BSOD problem in vista and somehow I cant upload my minidump files in this website. So Im gonna using Megaupload. The link is:

MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service

The Minidump.zip contains all the dump files created by my system. Any help will be appreciated...

Here are some of my laptop details

- x86 (32-bit)
- the original installed OS on the system-Windows Vista Home Premium
- an OEM or full retail version-OEM, This came with the HP laptop I bought

- What is the age of system (hardware)?
2 years. Though while using the warranty, I have changed system parts like motherboard, CD drive.
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?)
Though this is the OS that came with my laptop, I reinstalled it using the HP recovery disc 2 times. Las one being 11 months ago.

Hi,

I would try to update or remove the folder lock software for now.

That is until some one can get to you with more experience & skill.

Are you fully updated from a vista point of view? If not go there too.

do you mean to say I should remove the folder lock software from my laptop??
and by updated, yes I do download all windows vista updates. But since my friend told me service pack 2 is very very slow, hence i am hanging on to service pack 1...

Hi,

Is the Folder lock fully updated? If so that is where the issue could lie.

It is not expecting you to lag on the system updates but maintain them too. So, try updating Vista or remove folder lock. One or the other should fix it?
