I need help fixing this issue I have attached a zip file from the SF Diagnostic Tool program. This issue has been going on for some time. I did a system re-load or what ever its called where it put my computer back to factory specs. I then had trouble updating the service packs so Microsoft helped with that. It was good for about a week the BSOD again. HELP

Welcome
Your description of the problem and the not definitive nature of your reports leads me to believe that we are talking hardware problems
Lets start with the easy one first, memory:
Run for 8 passes.
Run memtest for 8 passes
Then test each individual stick in a good slot for 6 passes.
If you have dual channel, the results may be incorrect, if shows pass.
