BSOD, help needed!

Hello
I'm after getting the dreadful BSOD 3 times now and i'm not sure what the problem is.
This started happening right after i installed new RAM, not sure if its a coincidence or not because I ran Memtest about 7 times on each stick of RAM with no errors. They are the same speed as my other 2 sticks.
Wondering if it could possibly be HD or PSU issues ?

I've zipped up 3 minidumps to view.

Hello Lotus15,
Here are the results of your dump files.
STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory

As you have installed new memory, i would go back to the old memory and see if the BSOD's stop.

You could try and update your Bios and see if that helps with the new memory,

It could be your graphics driver, but as this only started after the new memory was fitted, i would suggest you start with that.

Let us know how it goes, good luck, i will check the dump files again, and if i come up with anything else i will let you know.

Just noticed your MB in your specs, check my specs too, these are notorious for memory issues, are you by chance using Corsair memory ?, try upping the NB voltage, and set the memory Voltage to the Manufacturers recommended settings.
Also, try 6 Gig for a while and see if that improves things.

If you update the Bios, use the EZ Flash in the Bios, don't use the Windows software option.
If you have anything overclocked, set it back to default.

Hello stoneys-nutz, thanks for the reply.

I will take out the new RAM for now for my first test as you suggested and run things for a while to see if i will eventually get the BSOD again. If so i'll try your other suggestions.
Yes the bluescreen occured just after i installed the new RAM, i also tried updating the graphic drivers after it happened but it didnt stop it. Also now with the new drivers there are constant verticle lines going up the monitor that are barely visible. I guess i should roll back to older drivers ?

Also my older RAM is Crucial & the new Kingston. The new RAM is half the size of my old sticks which i found odd, not sure if that means anything.

I'll update if bluescreen occurs again or not.
Thanks again.

As i said, these Boards are picky about ram, try 6 Gig and see how it goes, i had a load of trouble getting mine to run 8 Gig, good luck.

So far so good using 6 gigs, the issue may be resolved.
Thanks for the help

Lets hope this fixes it, its a real pain in the butt not being able to use the full 8 Gig, Asus needs to get their act together.
Their favourite answer is "its a chipset limitation".
My next Board wont have a chipset limitation, because it wont be an Asus. ;)
