You'll be best off to try it yourself and see what *you* think.
Opera and Fx 3 are more secure than IE 7 and way faster - but IE 8 is coming. If you start asking here you'll probably get a lot of fanboy responses of which is the best, and how some would rather use their own browser or starve to death, etc.
the best way to find out is to download it and use it yourself and see what you think. Being better, especially in terms of software comparisons, is mostly a *subjective* POV than an objective POV.
Does any body use oprea for their browser. I was looking for some screen shots and speed comparisons. Is it better than IE and Firefox.
