BSOD

Hello there,

so I've gained this computer from my parents in law, nothing special, more old then new, but hey. I didn't had one, and I was happy with it, because it could play a game I wanted, when I bought a new CPU.
So that's what I did, I bought a new CPU, tried W7 Ultimate 64x, multiple BSOD's, that one was illegal, so the sevenforum banned me, and I didn't know what to do.

This vista 32bit is legal, so I tried to install this one. And almost 3 hours after the installation, BSOD. I have no friggin' idea what it can be, because if it's the CPU, then it shouldn't crash only after 3 hours right?

This is what I already did:
- Flashed the bios to the latest version I could find on foxconn
- Bought new DDR2 memory ( wich costed me 60 friggin' euro's, and didnt seem to work )
- I think I have all the up to date drivers

So, if anyone can help me with fixing this, I will be very glad so I can play my game.

Then a side question. This mobo, CPU and memory should be runable on a 64bit windows right?! Since this 32bit version, sees only 3.xx GB DDR@ memory, from the 4GB.
