BOOTMGR is missing!

I'm using a Vista Home Premium x32 and then suddenly it somewhat crashed and when I start up my laptop, the message that appears is "BOOTMGR is missing" Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart"
It's been a month already since the problem occurred and now there is no way I could think to fix this :/ Please help me!!!!!!!!1

Try booting from the Vista dvd and doing a repair install
