Boot Failure, please help

I have windows home basic x32bit
some how GRUB Bootloader ended up on my computer
and I cannot figure out how to fix it, i did some looking around the net
and found out i need to boot from the installer disk i recieved with my comp.
The thing is it's a dvd, and my dvd rom does not work, it makes a weird noise
like it's trying to read the disk, but it doesnt read it.
anyways, is there anyway i can get home basic on a cd instead of dvd???

Thank You...that helped alot, sadly it now says it cannot validate my product key
but i think if get an external dvd writer, i could probably fix it..
