Hi all the gurus and expert,
Need your help...I am having this problem everytime when i swictch on my laptop...
when i switch on, there is nothing on the screen, bt i confirm that my computer is running...then the screen will not show anything...no restart automactically...
and once that happen, i restart, the same problem occurred....
After few attempt of restarting, i finally got in to windows, and below is the error message showed...saying that window has recovered from an unexpected.....bla bla.
this is not yet finished, when my screen is ok and everything seems to be normal, suddenly my screen turn into blue, a transparent blue where i can still see my computer icons....after 2-3 scecond that happen, my screen will hang...
So story go back to when i started to swicth on my computer...
PLease help....i call my computer agent, they said i gotta replace my motherboard, without troubleshoting the problem...and it is damn expensive....Help i don have to go to the last resort...finger crossed.

- What is the age of system (hardware)? 2 YEARS
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) 2YEARS
