Does anyone know of anything i can do? If i have to restore my computer to the factory settings could you tell me if there is a way of copying my files onto an external HD or etc. to back up some applications and files!?
I have:
-checked and uninstalled the non-working driver
-done a system restore more than once
-attempted to boot in various modes
-change boot order
The list goes on . . .
