Blue Screen

Hi everyone,

I have windows vista home premium 64 bit. In the last few days I've been getting blue screen errors during general use, when idle, and once when I disconnected from net and switched off modem.

This is the message that comes up:

could you go into c:\windows\minidump, zip the dump file and upload it to us so we can debug it. If you cant find it try searching for *.dmp

Please uninstall Windows Update KB973879 and test to see if that fixes it.
Please let us know the make and model of your system.
