If you zip the files, and upload the zipped files with your next post to the Forum, I'm sure that one of the Forum Members with a far superior technical mind than mine [it has mud in it!], will respond in due course with some sound advice, or at best, a solution.

I can't for the life of me, read all that technical jargon.

Best of luck.

Hi,

As Sassofalco has said, can you please browse to C:\Windows\Minidump, zip up the contents of that folder, and upload it to your next post. Then I will analyse it for you, and we may be able to help you.

Thanks,

Richard
