This is the result of your bugcheck.

STOP 0x00000124: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Usual causes: Hardware, Incompatibility, May be driver corruption

It could possibly be a driver, but is more likely to be a hardware problem.

If anything is overclocked set it back to default.

Start by updating your MB chipset drivers.

Check for over heating, in particular your CPU, the bugcheck points to your CPU being at fault.

Just check that its not getting too hot.

Has the CPU ever been overclocked ?.

Take a look and post your results, good luck.

I'm updating the chipset drivers now.

The CPU has never been overclocked and i have the side panel off the computer there shouldn't be an over heating issue

Its quite possible that the paste is not as efficient as it should be.

Download and install this temp monitor and have a look at what your CPU and core temps are just before the BSOD comes.

Download SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

It would not hurt to reseat the CPU and see if there is any improvement in system stability.
