blue screen error OXOOOOOOF4

tried to shut down before notebook shutdown because battery was dead. When tried to restart this is the process 1.goes though all start up procedures to Microsoft screen with moving bar then to green vista screen at this point blue screen comes on with error codes

how do i fix .
solution ?????if i buy upgrade to windows 7 will that fix problem .

If you can start up the laptop, try a clean boot:

How to perform a clean boot procedure to determine whether background programs are interfering with a game or a program that you currently use

You install any new updates or software or drivers?

7 may fix it but you should know what caused the problem in the first place.

If you can start up the laptop find folder C:\Windows\Minidump pack it and attache to post.

i have been trying to add the minidump file but it will not allow me to add the file.
