I was happily using my new BB Tour with Desktop Manager 5.0 until about August 22. After a couple of weeks of no issues, now the synch fails and the desktop manager crashes. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated registers (per the rim support site notes on Error 1904), and I have reloaded my OS and started all over. It still does not work. I even tried downgrading and loadeing v4.7....no joy.
Does anyone have any suggestions (besides telling me that I should have stuck with XP or a mac and an iphone?).
Is there any way to actually get support from RIM?
