black screen after log-in

Family friend asked me to look his laptop if I could fix it.
So problem is this after log-in in Normal Mode I get black screen.
I did System Restore, but its still black screen. Before restore I got desktop wallpaper, after ~10min loading I got black screen, every time I log in.
I can log-in to Safe Mode with no problem.

Problem is how can I fix this black screen after log-in in Normal Mode?
In black screen here's mouse cursor and nothing else.

This laptop OS is:
Vista - Home Premium SP2 32bit
