ok this is Bittorrent off bittorrent.com and im getting max speeds of 15
KBs (kilabytes) i was wondering if i had anything to do with my TCP/IP tunning cause i have opened ports and DMZ but max's out at 130KBs and thats only if i download 5 at same time.
also having connection problems like now i have 17000 seeders and 20000 peers but can only connect to 100 seeds and 120 peers
