BIOS ISSUE - plz help

narcopletic pc

New Member
i recently updated my bios (HP recommended it ) and made sure it was for my mother board and all - but it seemed to cause a heating issue. My ?poles? (the two little heatsinks on the mb) seemed to be extremely hot now along with my processor sink - pc sounds like a hand dryer in a public bathroom. Cleaned it out like i do every 2 months but no help. Buddy of mine thinks the bios update may have changed my power settings to my euip. but both of us are unsure - getting to my main question, can i undo a bios update? and how? it was running fine b4 this and just want my pc nice and quiet again
