Bigfishgame problem

Hello everyone,
I am relatively new to Vista. I downloaded a trial game from Bigfishgame and installed it. But when I tried to open the game I can see the following window:

There are no buttons, where I can click "play game or purchase". I have Vista premium 32 bit.

I would be very glad, if someone could help me.

What happens when you move your mouse pointer over the Texas Hold'Em Poker image? Does the pointer turn into a hand indicating a link to click on?

This does not help. When I click on it, it only shows the small message "product name".

I would try downloading another copy of the trial version to see if you just got a bad copy. You might also contact support at Bigfishgame to see what they say to.
