Best desktop ever!!

Hi, I wanted to share this desktop pic. I cleaned up this computer for a neighbor. He has been using like this for one year. Notice no av, disk has been stuck in drive forever.Tons of spyware, trojans, Active desktop etc. I can not believe how some people treat their computers! LOL!!

Reminds me of how my bedroom is, everything all over the place, but the PC I can treat well and keep clean and tidy, but that indeed is a total mess

Good grief I'm not surprised it had a hissy fit, I've only ever seen a couple of Active Desktop screens and that was on my WinME machine when it had problems once

LOL very nice. And, yep, no Active Desktop errors since ME also. . . some people just don't deserve the right to own a computer. It should be confiscated and given to some needy college student or something!

Reminds me, a friend's daughter had problems with her laptop. An IT Professional needed 3 days full time to get it in order. Had most viruses known to man, including rootkits. He cleaned it with all sorts of cleaners, in the end from another computer to get the rootkits out. Finally managed to get it running without a clean installation. Impressing work actually. She had been downloading all kinds of freeware and torrents. This is what most kids do with their computers, and this be the normal result.

Badly infected system. It and 2 others. Been on the bench since 12noon. 11:30pm now. 2 out of 3 done. Just the laptop left. 3 years, no AV or nutin.

Damn great day off.

:huh: had a look at the files on the desktop very intresting
very messed up and makes you think how he lives
i perfer not to have to meany items on the desktop

One of the more interesting files can be found below the recycling bin and to the left...

I think I'd lose my mind if my desktop ever looked like that.
