Backup

Hi,

I have backed up my personal files to The Cloud.

I was wondering if there are any other folders that I should backup in case I need to re-install Windows. For example, is there a folder that contains the Windows Updates, Service Packs, or anything else that might be useful.

Download the free Macrium Reflect. Make an image and put it on an external hard drive. No matter what the software problem, you will have the back up. It saved me several times.
When given the choice of what to back up, choose drive necessary to restore windows. Everything on that drive will be backed up with an image
